Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Override Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our services include detailing cars, trucks, vans, and anything with 4 or more wheels in the Hennepin/Carver County area. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept all major credit cards and cash; however, checks are not accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Agreeing to these terms means agreeing that any location outside the county lines of Hennepin and Carver county, will add a $1 up-charge for every mile outside the county lines. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

What is covered in our Terms & Conditions?

1. Payment: Payment is due immediately upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay after service completion may result in a written invoice and late fees. Non-payment can lead to debt collection or legal action in small claims court.
2. Access: Customers must ensure vehicle access at the scheduled time and location. If the Comfort, Sport, or Sport+ packages are selected, a reliable water source must be available. Failure to provide access may result in a reschedule on a different date.
3. Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or any damage unrelated to our detailing services. Customers must remove valuables before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
4. Appointment Changes: Changes to the appointment time or location must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to comply may result in a cancellation and rescheduling for a different date, subject to availability.
5. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. If a customer fails to be present at the time of service, it may be considered a no-show, resulting in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
6. Additional Charges: Biohazard Cleaning Fee: $75 (Blood, vomit, feces, or other hazardous contamination). Excess Pet Hair Removal: $25. Service Outside Mobile Zone (Hennepin/Carver county): $1 per extra mile beyond beyond county lines.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for customer satisfaction. If you have concerns, please notify us before we leave, and we will make it right. Once the detail is completed and the vehicle is returned, refunds will not be issued.
